Yes ladies, gentlemen, and those who have yet to decide: a water addiction. I have as many glasses as I can stand, sometimes flavoured with cayenne pepper or lemon for additional vitamin benefits. The results have been fantastic so this is probably something I won’t take to see a psychologist about.
